EvoRights has been developed as an alternative to traditional rights managed licensing. Our primary goal in developing EvoRights is to provide clients with a simple, intuitive way to calculate a price for an image and then license that image in just three clicks.

In parallel we also are driven to provide photographers and copyright holders with the tools they need to secure fair prices, effectively track rights, and facilitate re-licensing of images.

Become an EvoRights Partner:

We created a good thing and we don’t want to keep it to ourselves. We make EvoRights pricing and licensing model available at no charge to qualified partners. Partners agree to the following:

• Implement the EvoRights rights and pricing model on Partner website
• Execution of EvoRights on the Partner website is consistent with user experience on evolveimages.com
• Maintain EvoRights trademark branding for the pricing model as implemented on Partner website
• Provide Evolve with images for distribution through evolveimages.com. It is understood that Partners will distribute the same set of images offered through Evolve on the Partner website branded under the EvoRights licensing model
• Partners provide Evolve with regular updates (quarterly) of new images
• Reciprocal links: Partner will maintain a link to the EvoRights Customer Licensing Info Page hosted at evolveimages.com/licensing

• Evolve provides Partners with the usage structure, price tables and accelerators. Note: Actual prices for Partner images are determined solely by the Partner
• Partners receive future updates to the EvoRights licensing model as they become available
• Evolve actively promotes Partners and Partner images through our digital media marketing campaign including email, blogs, social media marketing and SEO
• Evolve maintains links to Partners' EvoRights collections from evolveimages.com website
